My New Brush Pens

I have been wanting to have a Tombow Fudenosuke brush pen so I went to National Bookstore at Shangri-La a couple of days ago. I am not lucky enough to find this kind of pen for the second time, so I ended up buying this two brush pens.

What I bought were the Zig Scroll & Brush Pen that's worth P97.00 and the Yoka Brush Pen that is P30.00 (the cheapest!). 
Below is the sample. The pink mark is the Zig Brush Pen and the black one is the Yoka.

Right now, I am still at the verge of learning everything about hand lettering. And I find it very stress relieving. As you can see on my writing, they don't really look good. But I know, practice makes perfect. Just practice! practice! practice!

Lately, I have been watching videos about hand lettering and calligraphy. And now it got me super interested. So I ended up visiting book stores and looking for pens suitable for such skills. But then, I think it does not depend on the pens. What matters is the skills. If you are born with it, then it means you got talent about it. But I think, if you wanted to learn something, go for it and reach for it. So for now, what I purchased is a basic permanent marker that could help me getting started.

Etude House Color My Brows & Drawing Eyebrow

 

 This product from Etude House is simply like a mascara for your eyebrows.  Why I choose to have this  product is because I have a very black brow hair.  When you have a very black brow hair, people's first impression on you sometimes is "mataray", so I would like to soften my look a bit by using this product.

 

 

 The shade of this product is dark brown which is not too obvious when applied to my brow. It just softens my looks a bit. But before applying this, I used the eyebrow liner first to contour my brow using the below product from the same brand.

The shade of this brow liner is also similar to the shade of my Color my Brow. On this one, I don't have to use a sharpener anymore which saves me more time. The tip of the pencil is somewhat triangular-shaped and also somewhat slanted which is perfect for brow shaping. On the other end comes with a spoolie brush which is very soft. Use this to groom your brow well. After that, I apply the Color-my-brow to set my brows in place.

When you have an oily skin type, it is really a problem on what to apply to your face most especially to your T-zone areas. So, after putting my BB cream on onto my face, I just don't stop there. I've got to put on some powder after BB cream application. Why? Because this finish powder somehow got some great oil control.

My friends get to try this on to their face & their first reaction was "my face is so smooth..!" while rubbing their cheeks. Even I, always have that feel too after applying this one on to my face. I can say that the coverage is long lasting. So have you tried this one too?

I am just into Etude House products lately. After getting my first 2 products from them, I ended up going back to their boutique three times a week. Since I work somewhere in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City, I get the chance to at least drop by to one of their branches inside the Eastwood mall. My First at Etude House

This is my first to blog about my first. I was really planning to buy my first beauty & skin care thing at Etude House. Why at Etude House? Simply because they had a good marketing strategy in selling their products. Talk about Sandara (Dara) Park as one of their endorser and she is very popular here in the Philippines. Everytime I go malling at SM North The Block, I always see Dara and the other popular boy group's ads on their big screen which is very eye catching plus the fact that their motiff is pink! And I also have friends who knows about Korean cosmetics. And so I thought so many times "Ano ba dapat muna mahalaga?". And I put on top of my list is a toner and secondly, a BB cream. I took a lot of research what are Etude House's toners. And so I have known that Wonder Pore Freshner Toner has a good product review as well as the Skin Malgeum Fresh Toner. So Wonder Pore is on top of  my list. Secondly, I searched on their BB creams on which I had a hard time deciding what to buy, so I just have to consult to the assistant what is the best cream that fits my oily skin.

As I got in in their boutique at SM City North EDSA-The Block, I instantly asked  if they have the Wonder Pore Freshner Toner on stock, but unfortunately--out of stock already. But still they offered me the Skin Malgeum Fresh, which, I did not hesitantly refused to get because it has,too,had great product reviews.

Secondly, I asked their assistant what is the best BB cream suited for me, so they offered the Bright Fit which they said, is their best seller and that I can even use it everyday. And so before I asked if "pwedeng ma-try?" they already asked me "---ma'am baka po gusto nyo'ng i-try?" where I instantly replied "sure!". Instantly I fell in love with their cream because it gave my face an instant radiant look.
